• Master Tiger Gaevan Telban -  Master of Initiates

Guild Ranks:

• Initiate - An Initiate is not a full member, he or she is not given unfettered access to the Citadel, but they are allowed to come in and out of Trilinitor without restriction. All Initiates must pass a severe test to become a Trusted, and even more to become Templar.

• Trusted - These have proved themselves worthy and wear the mark of the Storm Templar, the blue arm band, made from tempered Storm Dragon scales. They are still not full members, but are counted as having the potential to become Storm Templar.

• Templar - After passing a lengthy and trying series of tests, a Trusted can become a full Templar. They have proved to be mentally tough, reliable, quick-witted and moralistic. On ascension to full membership, the Templar is given a totem creature, who's ways he or she emulates. This is translated into a mark that is tattooed on their hand and etched onto their favoured weapon. The Templar also wears their totem on a mithril amulet. Many Templar remove their amulets when adventuring, but all carry it at all times. One side of the amulet is shaped specially to enable it to be used as a key.

• Master - An outstanding example of dedication and toughness. Harder than adamantinum in mind and body, totally dedicated to the Templar cause. Commonly referred to by their totem. eg: Althaz is referred to as "The Falcon". There are no tests to become a Master, one may only achieve this rank by continuously prove themselves time and time again. Few members reach this rank.

• True Master - Upon reaching perfection in the Templar's eyes, this rank is achieved. It can be taken away, but this has never happened. Once one reaches this rank they are scribed into the history books of the Storm Templar forever, and all Initiates must learn their names if they hope to become Trusted. Only Althor has achieved this rank. Upon assuming this lofty rank, their totem is given up, and they are re-named with a new title.
